- Manage all schedule for Exploration work of Geothermal Energy Project
- Maintain, Monitoring and provide Site Construction Cost Management Report (Contractor's Payment Certificates, Supplier and Vendor's Invoices, Contract Amendment Request, ITP issuance, Monthly Accrual Costs, Actual and Forecast Costs) and Site Construction Progress.
- Review and Provide Analytical Data Spreadsheets to measured and counter contractor's claims (Cost and Schedule)
- Develop Cost Expenditures Monitoring Form by using Cost Breakdown Codes
- Revise the schedule as directed by Top Management and issued the Project Milestones Update and Management of Changes Report
