  • Handled the planning department independently for the $.80 million 43 storey unique shaped tower constructed with rigid combination of steel and RCC covering 90,000 m2 built up area. Planned, created and maintained master programme for multiple projects.
  • Planned, Scheduled and created time, cost & quality efficient Master programmes up to 10,000 activities with Work Breakdown Structure and using Critical Path Method. Followed and ensured standard methodologies and logic & sequence. Assessed risks     and created plans to mitigate them.
  • Identified, forecasted and optimized all types of resources such as manpower, materials and equipments throughout USD 80 million project’s life cycle.
  • Monitored, controlled and accelerated the progress with the help of programmes and reports using techniques like earned value management (EVM) and line of balance

 (LOB) limiting the delays to a minimum.

  • Reviewed contract documents and defined milestones of a two year project. Monitored, verified and controlled all phases from conception to close-out which included engineering, procurement and construction.
  • Successfully negotiated claims valued up to USD.20 Million and EOT up to 6 months.
