•  Gained an overall knowledge of the execution of the procedures and transactions in the Front Office Department passing by the operator, the reception and the guest relations agent and the night auditor, also the Housekeeping Department, the Food and Beverage Department (room service, kitchen, pastry, bartender), HR, IT and finance Departments
• Developed communication skills while helping the guests with their needs, making suggestions and recommendations, planning tours and doingcourtesy calls to insure guest satisfaction and deal with any complaints
• Built a good working relationship with my colleagues
