Handle the tasks of supporting project control leads and project service managers on assigned projects and programs on cost management and control matters. To perform responsibilities of developing, implementing and maintaining cost structures. Monitor report and forecast project and program costs by using cost management tools. Prepare monthly and quarterly project as well as program report by gathering data from procurement, engineering and construction contractors. Coordinate with program and project teams to identify cost impacts of proposed changes as well as monitor management of change process. Responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting cost control between project Services and finance, prime contractors and with disciplines within the Project Services organization.
