- Assessment/Verification of Variation
- Preparation/Assistance for generating Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
- Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Subcontracts
- Preparation/Verification of Bid Summary (Tender Comparative Summary)
- Subcontract (SC) Post-contract Management including re-measures; SC Liabilities; SC Payment Certificates; SC Variations; SC Contract Charges
- Interaction with Procurement, Stores, and Execution and Planning department
- MIS Cost Reports including commercial inputs to Dashboard reports
- Reconciliation of ICD for ICD issued and received
