·         Responsible for the preparation of Baseline Project Schedule all discipline Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Painting and Insulation works as per scope of work (Level-3&4) using Primavera Version 17 program software. Prepare all monitoring data in micro level, monitor completion of the work carried out and forecasts activities during execution of works. Provide a recovery plan against baseline schedule. And produced a Critical Path Analysis as per current P6 schedule vs Target Plan. Update P6 Schedule and all monitoring data Progress Measurement on a weekly basis.
