Overall responsible for project planning team to monitor project planning functions including create WBS, scope verification and control, schedule change control, activity definition, activity sequencing, resource and duration estimating, schedule development, schedule control, cost budgeting, cost control, physical progress monitoring and Control, manage project controls team, Information distribution matrix, performance reporting and manage stakeholders

Ongoing interface with the government of Iran, ENI Iran Top Management and the EPCC contractor, Hyundai Engineering & Construction.
