Responsibilities and Achievements

·         Working for Hospital Building, Outpatients Clinic & External Works.

·         Gather information, requirements and documents to defined work scope for each area and building.

·         Study project's priorities, overall project sequencing and methodology (co-ordination with construction & site management).

·         Allocate resources and durations based on budgeted quantities and site situation.

·         Provide project program for management level and construction level, including all works related (design, procurement, MEP, civil & sub-contractors)

·         Build progress update system and flow to get the accurate progress for each work package from responsible person based on work weightage on time.

·         Get agreement from each person and department on the overall planning system and make clear understanding of each scope & work sequence.

·         Build project's reporting system based on required information & understanding for deferent level of management, consultant & client.

·         Attending construction meetings & weekly site visit and providing solutions for urgent requirements & problems.

·         Prepare weekly & monthly project report including progress, actual & forecast dates, critical activities and delay analyses.

·         Study and analyses site logistics and delivery phases.

·         Preparing presentations for higher management and consultant when required.

·         Working closely to other departments and sub-contractors.

Review program sequence with site situation for improvement. Revise or upgrade program if officially requested.
