Responsible for execution of assigned projects from proposal to Project Manager completion, Prepare Master Work Programmed, Critical Path Method, coordinates project schedules, Forecasts and addresses deviations to schedule. Responsible for all project communication with the clients, consultants and nominated subcontractors (NSC). Prepare all technical project reports required.
Contract Management
Assist in preparing tender document, cost price analysis, bill of quantities and project budget as a whole. This includes liaising with the nominated suppliers and purchasers. Control project budget and cash flow to ensure smooth operation at all time.
