Ø  Develop and maintain Project Schedule

Ø  Develop and maintain risk log

Ø  Review risk mitigation actions and re-assess level of risk

Ø  Maintaining reporting system as per Project demands

Ø  Ensure budget compliance with Project Schedule

Ø  Coordinate and coach other project controls personnel to provide guidance and on-the-job training

Ø  Interface with Project Management, Engineering and Construction departments to obtain timely accurate information for the development and maintenance of:

-      Baseline schedule

-      Weekly / monthly schedule updates

-      Progress curves
