  • Established the PMO function within the client organisation and standardised best practices across project reporting and delivery, ensuring the wider team received training and had a full understanding;
  • Oversaw the integration between project reports, risk, issues, change and configuration requests; 
  • Gained stakeholder buy-in through providing regular reporting and updates, and rolled out new management processes across the Engineering and Construction teams to improve the project controls initiative;
