- Oversaw the integration between project reports, risk, issues, change and configuration requests;
- Gained stakeholder buy-in through providing regular reporting and updates, and rolled out new management processes across the Engineering and Construction teams to improve the project controls initiative;
- Planned and executed the schedule rebase line and managed the forecasting process.
