o   Create Cost and Resource loaded Baseline as per FIDIC contract clauses and got approval from consultant/Client.

o   Preparation of upto level 6 schedule for different contract requirements including Tender, Recovery and Acceleration Schedules.

o   Coordinate and guide project execution team to successful timely completion of project. Closely monitoring the project schedule and progress, and provide reports as required to execute the project as per contract.

o   Preparation and update of the monthly, weekly progress reports to track project progress.

o   Informing the Planning Manager of deficiencies in progress rates to take necessary steps to expedite progress so as to comply with the time of project completion.

o   Attend Client/Contractor meeting to assure that key dates and milestones dates are achievable.

o   Preparing & updating Progress Curves, histograms, cashflow and kPI’s for project and monitor progress by analyzing Planned Vs Actual progress.

o   Perform statistical analysis to identify schedule variances of project status against schedule baseline using EVMs and calculate Schedule Performance Index (SPI).

o   Preparation of Medium and Short term target programs like one month ahead schedule.

o   Identify and notice the delay events as well prepare the extension of time according to Fidic contract requirements.

o   Analyse and entertain indirect cost claims and coeperate with cost control teams for claims.
