  • Planning and Reviewing construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours, cash flow, dashboards, s-curves of the Contractor using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for siteconstruction.
  • Develop and manage appropriate program of works related to design for Civil /Structural/ID/ MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm / ELV using Primavera P6 and MS Project in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
  • Prepare EDDR using design deliverables for all phases of the project and assigning the man hours to each deliverable of every discipline as per the projectbudget.
  • Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and client generated program of works in to the master control schedule.
  • Monitoring the progress of works and resource usage in accordance with the program of works submitted by the Contractor and to make site visits regularly to monitor the same and advise the Project Manager of the risks &issues.
  • Assisting the Business Development team in preparing the program of works for competitivebidding.
  • Prepare Contractual letters as per the contract conditions on behalf of the project management for the slow progress , delay of works and also all other items affecting the progress ofworks.
  • Reviewing the Extension of Time and Claims of the contractor and nominated subcontractors and coordinating the same with the Contract Manager and ProjectManager.
  • Coordinating with Site Engineers regarding the progress of works and site related issues which affects the same and also coordinating with Quantity surveyor regarding certification of payments in relation to the program ofworks.
  • Participate in progress meetings to discuss issues related to constraints affecting the project with the Client and also with Contractor and discussing the issues related to the critical path and reporting itstrend.
  • Review of weekly / monthly progress reports for the Main and Sub Contractors and ensure to manage and document all the necessary records properly and on timelymanner.
