The Topside had 4 Decks: Cellar Deck, Mezzanine Deck, Main Deck and Weather Deck. Also it included around 600 tons piping (40000 ID), 120 tons Equipment, 390 tons Vessels, 69 km cabling, 4 km tubing , 700 numbers E & I equipments, Architecture, HVAC and etc. It also included commissioning of 12 Systems and around 68 subsystems and 288 test packages. The plan was based on system and subsystem according to commissioning sequences for platform although it was possible to change the layout based on Area and Discipline.
Responsibility:
o Supervised EPCI contractor in all planning and project control issued
o Provided guidelines for preparation of project execution schedules, related reports, analyses and etc.
