- Developed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in accordance with Site Area Breakdown Structure (ABS), Construction Work Pack (CWP) philosophy and discipline based Coding System

- Preparing and reviewing progress reports for all Pre-commissioning, LNG Tanks and other site activities for higher management of both Bechtel and client for weekly and Monthly reviews
- Preparing weekly progress reports, four weeks look ahead schedule and critical items list
- Updating schedule, analyzing impacts, carry out critical path analysis, updating mitigation efforts
- Integrating inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties. Working with the performing organizations to coordinate work sequences with total project plan
- Support development of construction progress reports required by Bechtel management and project procedures. Verify consistency with other reports to ensure compatibility
- Monitor hours and costs to determine trends and to assist in forecasting. Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements
