Project Control Manager :

• Preparation of the main target schedule of the project.
• Updating the schedule according to the progress status in the different phases and make the required delay analysis /mitigation plans (if needed).
• Preparation of the progress reports.
• Negotiations with sub-contractors.
• Taking Part in Risk Assessment Affairs.
  • Identifying, tracking and mitigating project risks with analysis.
  • Preparation of Corrective and Remedial Actions Notification/ Alarming Reports.
  • Preparation and update the Project Budget.
  • Preparation and follow up the Project Cost Analysis.
  • Preparation of ‘Claims’ for time and cost.
