Michael Sallese
I have 45 years of construction management experience working for both owners and contractors. In 1972 I started as a pen and ink draftsman. In 1974 through 1985 I served as an office engineer and construction inspector. In 1986 I became a project manager for inspection services. In 1995 through 1999 I worked as a project manager for both prime and sub contractors.
Since 1986 I began preparing and reviewing construction schedules and time impact analysis. As the Owner's Representative, I have reviewed additional compensation requests and prepared negotiating positions.
I have prepared and reviewed construction schedules using Primavera Project Planner from DOS (ADM & PDM schedules) through P6 (PDM schedules). Projects included buildings - both new & retrofits, pollution control retrofits, and transportation projects. I have used Microsoft Project since the early 1990's on utility and transportation projects.
I passed the AACEI certification examination in December 2007 and received my certification as a Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) in February 2008 and keep my certification current.
I passed the PMI certification examination in March 2009 and received certification as a Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) from the Project Management Institute and keep my certification current.
