Michael has worked in Construction, Oil & Energy since leaving school, completing an apprenticeship and various project management & control courses before starting his own business developing and delivering his own blend of project services to improve efficiency, lower costs and successfully deliver projects in the Energy and Construction industries.

He now works with contractors and developers across the UK providing project support, management, advising clients across the UK. His methodology focuses on value creation in the early stages of a project, then executing the correct strategy during the execute phase to ensure value realisation, increased efficiency and cost effective operation once the project is complete.

He is extremely passionate in his goal to support clients with their projects focusing around two key elements to ensure a successful outcome: People and Process.
