I joined HM Treasury (Infratructure UK) in September 2015 heading up the Major Infrastructure Tracking team, in 2016 we became the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA). I have 27 years experience of major infrastructure working across a variety of sectors for contractor, consultant and client project management teams. 

The first half of my career was spent on major infrastructure projects include the Channel Tunnel, Jubilee Line Extension Project, North East Line metro in Singapore and the Virgin Rolling Stock introduction. The second part of my career was spent in an engineering consultancy undertaking consulting, business management, business development and strategic roles in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The third stage of my career is now in central government working across economic and social sectors if the infrastructure portfolio.

I have an engineering degree and an MBA in Engineering Management from City University (CASS Business School).
