My name is Walter Fremer and I am the senior scheduler at Durr Mechanical, Inc. in NYC  I am involved in the development of P6 schedules ranging from simple bid schedules through fully resource-loaded level 3 schedules.   I work directly with project managers to capture the scope as well as means and methods of how the project is to be executed and reflect this in the sequencing shown in the schedule.  I update multiple project schedules, some on a monthly basis, some weekly, and I've been involved preparing and updating hourly outage schedules.  I prepare and incorporate change order fragnets into schedule updates, prepare recovery schedules, and provided narratives and progress reports including performance curves to Owners.   I have assisted in the preparation of time impact analyses, extension of time quantifications, and provided the information required to resolve contractors' claims.
