I had delivered specific project/programme risk assessment and had implemented various modelling simulations using Monte Carlo technique, aimed to ascertain appropriate level of contingency and integration with project control elements. These were succeeded with the used of sophisticated analytical tools such the Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera risk analysis, @Risk and Safran Risk. My deliverables were also include measure the effect of correlation, exposure changers and degree of influence of the project team have over the uncertainties. My developed contingency model are very much time dependent factor, residual uncertainties cost wise and change management friendly. 

(PROJECT CONTROL & COST ENGINEERING) 
I had experienced and done well in the development of project scope and execution strategy for Oil & Gas EPCC contracts and Infrastructures projects. These were include Baseline Schedule Development and Management, developed Cost Estimate Accuracy model and supervise the integration of project control elements i.e. Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Construction. Im a big fan of Change Management, Lessons Learnt and advocate benefits of Value Engineering.
