Yong Pin completed a Bachelor of Mechanical degree, graduating from Monash University with first class honours. Yong Pin has been involved in numerous infrastructure, commercial construction, health and ICT projects where he has provided services including:

Yong Pin has displayed excellent stakeholder management skills to successfully develop complex integrations between various parties within large portfolios. His ability to quickly develop a clear understanding of client needs has allowed Yong pin to excel in the successful implementation of considered and effective solutions.

In addition, Yong Pin has developed and maintained executive reporting solutions that illustrates a project's critical path, summarises key activities, identifies criticial internal and external dependencies and highlights key issues. Furthermore, Yong Pin's reporting solutions aids the standardisation of key reports throughout the project and business, and prevents any ambiguity with the source data.

Yong Pin has successfully demonstrated his capabilities to apply and adapt aspects of project management to multi-million/billion dollar projects. Yong Pin has also provided valueable project management/planning advice to his clients. As a result, Yong Pin has always received positive feedback from the clients he has worked with.

Yong Pin is proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, as well as other software used by TBH and its clients, including Microsoft Office. Furthermore, Yong Pin has been involved in his client's interviewing processes and has assisted with valuable insights into potential candidiates for roles.
