Role:  

  • Prepared Tender program and Master Network program for the project including loading resources (Man, Material & Equipment) for the each activity. Determine various milestones for the project in consultation with client.
  • Establish Access date and keydate for all contract packages. Also prepared employer’s requirement related to project planning and programming for including the same in tender document.
  • Done tender assessment for each of above package works. Reviewed Tender program and planning documents and provided necessary inputs for shortlisting the contractors. This includes study of resource allocation, productivity rate, duration calculation of each contract packages.
  • Loading inputs in the planning tool for generating the cash flow statement, Bar chart, S-Curve & Resources spread sheet for each month.

·        Primavera 6.7 & 8.0, 8.2 Version & MS -ProjectPlanning tool were used for reviewing contractor submission and generating relevant reports.

 

·         Review and comment the Master program & planning documents of all contractors including detailed analysis of float calculation, production rate as per quantity of each activity to allocate the work durations to achieve the contract keydates

·         Monitoring the Tender program & Contractors Master network program and generate reports (Weekly progress report and Monthly Progress report, Quarterly project control report, Annual report) covering Design progress, Site progress, delay concepts, from the program and report to client on periodical basis.

·         Assess Critical path on continuous basis and highlight probable delays and forecasting the impact on key date Achievement to client 

·         Prepare catch-up schedule for discussion in management meeting

·         Reviewing Monthly, Weekly, Daily progress reports submitted by all contractors and make a detailed comments on the same

·         Analyze works program & planning documents and assess EOT (Extension of Time) for recommending to Client for approval.

  • Monthly  I prepare Planning documents  for Project Control Review & Status of project and   discussion  with client official in  periodical basis
  • Tracking progress of the 22 contracts, analyses and update GC project implementation program based on information provided by individual teams.
  • Periodical Periodic Look ahead schedule been submitted to client to analysis the revenue operation date for public opening
