·         Experience in all aspects of contract life cycle – pre award, contract award, post Award such as identify 3^rd party service needs, tendering and contracting strategies, tender preparation and issuance, tender addendums, tender meetings/site visit, receive bids, tender evaluation, tender clarifications, tender negotiations, seeking management approvals, contract award, contract document compilation, contract execution, contract administration, contractual correspondence, invoice certification, changes and claims administration, dispute resolution, finalization of accounts & contract close out – from both client and contractor perspective

·         Management of multi million, complicated, technically driven EPC and major contracts for operational and strategic requirements

·         Propose and recommend new innovative tendering and contracting strategies and methods to reduce risks and administrative processes

·         Capable of managing multi contracts and projects at the same time adapting to challenging project/ tendering schedules and prioritizing requirements.

·         Facilitate and participate in meetings with different stakeholders from contract initiation to closeout related to strategy/ progress review/ mid tender/ clarification/ negotiation/ kick off/ familiarization/ with clients/ customers/ bidders/ contractors/ Sub-contractors/

·         Preparation of various reports for the purpose of management review related to contracts performance, cost performance, gap analysis, business process improvement

·         Strivefor continuous improvement of knowledge and skills for organizational and personal benefit

·         Familiar with execution of multi discipline works for Oil &Gas, Infrastructure Projects etc
