I am a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS), Professional Civil Engineer (CE), Certified Master Construction Contract Administrator (CMCCA), Certified Construction Cost Engineer (CCCE), and Project Management Officer (PMO). I have more than 25 years of experience in Contract Administration/Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction/Engineering, Cost Control, Claims & Disputes, Communications, and Construction Law. My knowledge comes from education in some of the finest schools in our country, experiences in some of the most reputable construction & engineering firms in the Philippines and Asia, and a passion for Life-Long Learning. I study continuously because I believe that there is no saturation point in education (quoted from EDA) and that the key to success is Continuing Professional Development.
