PLANNING

• Listing work quantities, main activities & sub activities, Preparing sequence of activities, activities duration, work breakdown structure, activities resources (materials, equipment, man powers & cash), suppliers materials, equipment, & man powers schedule,
• Preparing scheduling resources, calendar, time scale, cash flow & work flow, bar chart & s-curve for cash & work quantities, production schedule, and milestone activities.
• Creating methods & tools to find productivity rate and analyzing of productivity rate efficiency.
• Considering all kind of risks, constrains and interface barriers.
• Co coordinating with different departments to develop master schedule and follow-up.

MONITORING & CONTROLLING

• Preparing daily, weekly, forth night work-progress report, man power report, material report, equipment report & production report and cash report.

• Identifying delay activities, new activities from deviation of drawings and new scope of work, propose to re-scheduling/planning.
• Find actual productivity of manpower, equipment and consumption of materials to respect work/activity and comparing to planned and propose to review,
• Preparing monthly monitoring report, actual financial progress vs. planned financial progress, actual physical progress vs. planned physical progress, using earned value techniques, work productivity rate status, payment status,
• Actual Organization chart vs. planned organization chart, actual production chart vs. planned production chart, actual manpower, material, equipment vs. planned manpower, material, equipment,
• Hindrance reports, safety reports, environmental reports, weather reports, list of received documents, drawings, bar bending schedules, construction methodologies
• Attending meeting with different people, coordinating and controlling safety, quality, time and money
