During the last 13 years I have been working in small and large projects as a Project Planner in international companies. The last two years with EMAS AMC AS a subsea installation company.

I have a wealth of experiance with industries which have high focus on customer satisfaction and company profitability. I have experience in Project Management whilst working for Her Majesty’s Government (UK) and in the private energy sector in Norway.  I also have experience in working in a multicultural environment which I find rewarding.

As Project Planner, I have successfully been responsible for planning, organizing, reviewing, risk analyzing, problem solving and monthly reporting.  The projects I have worked on rannge from 1 million to 1 billion US Dollars.  The projects have been complex and my ability to communicate, analyze, evaluate, and to be business orientated have been useful. I am committed to ensuring plans are followed, so I have good history of delivering according to plans also when it comes to deadlines.

As Project Coordinator / leader I managed small Government Department’s Government Gateway (GG) IT projects . I successfully managed simultaneously two projects, for central Government Agencies.  This was achieved by managing customer expectations, explained the capabilities and benefits of the GG for Departments and their customers. which resulted in successful IT interface for public / customer use.   I also took the lead in project start-up and execution review and stage gate process for project execution which have successfully passed through Management Stage Gate Reviews.

    • Provide schedule report and analysis on deviations, critical path and establish new forecast dates.
    • Review closely contractual requirements, i.e. key deliverables.
