Establish work break down structure, creating master contractual schedules & supporting construction schedules to support and expand project vision from senior management to field. Creating and managing reporting structures from and to schedule. Provide guidance, direction and assistance throughout all situations in project life cycle. Update, analyze, evaluate and forecast status against baseline. 

Create & update statistical, efficiency and effectiveness reports. Daily interaction and communication with clients and management. Supplying interactive dashboards to forecast results supporting timely tactical decisions to achieve management and project objectives.

Submitting supporting schedules determine impact of delays and or variations. Establishing realistic achievable acceleration schedules.
