My current role is that of a project controls engineer on a Nuclear project, this has required me to develop and maintain a  level 4 schedule in accordance with NEC3 requirements, my other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining progress measurement against the engineering deliverable, providing the client with a man-hour forecasts, baseline management, change control and mitigation planning. Previously I was responsible for maintaining and developing the Engineering Schedule which is part of an overall EPCM Project currently being executed in Greece. My role requires me to interface with the design team and update the schedule relevant to their progress. I also have to understand any site requirements from engineering so that I can report and changes to due dates accordingly.  Another element of role involves EVM analysis and forecasting the future man hour spend based on performance to date and remaining scope to complete.

Further skills/expierence are as follows:

·         One year working on a mining and minerals project for a client in Greece.

·         2 years petrochemical experience working in South Africa & Mozambique for blue chip clients such as BP & Shell.

·         8 months working in SASOL’s client office in South Africa. Working in a Planning role responsible for the entire Gas           Circuit Portfolio.

·         2 years’ experience within the process sector working for Unilever in Southern Africa.

·         5 years’ experience on some of the UK’s largest plants, chevron, etc.

·         2 years’ experience of integrating the various Project Controls disciplines on large projects, i.e. flow of information,           change control, etc.
