§  Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system

§  Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.  

§  Prepare and plan maintenance activities, monitor implementation and update plans with actual performance, review processes and procedures on completion to improve

§  Maintain an efficient performance of all schedules and analyze all software tools and assist in transmission and distribution of all various projects. 

§  EPCC schedule integration, schedule update and issuance of monthly forecast reports for the EPC Contract

§  Developing detailed (Level 5) Shut-downs, Startup schedules

§  Developing of  operational sub-systems based Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning schedule

§  Coordinator for the transition to operational systems based construction schedule (zones / systems)

§  Supporting and development of construction schedule by zones, Updating EPC Schedule

§  Generating monthly progress for the invoice for the EPC contract/ Physical & Quantity S-Curves
