Through my 20 years of direct project management experience, I forged a specialisation in complex project scheduling, project performance (& forensic) analysis and control, delay forecasting and causal analysis, project finance analysis, and quantitative risk assessment.   I participate on the expert panel for the US Government Accountability Office discussing cost, schedule, and EVM best practices for projects for implementation across US agencies and departments. My project portfolio includes projects delivered in diverse cultures and geographic locations, including Austria, UK, US, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia. In 2014, I completed my Juris Doctor (Master) law degree.  I centred my elective studies in contract construction and interpretation, commercial law, and competition law.  I was admitted as a lawyer in 2016. I have written papers and presented at conferences on the nexus between contract performance and project performance, and how the two are inextricably aligned. Current Memberships include:Association for Corporate CounselCommercial Law Association of AustraliaProject Management Institute (PMI) -  a registered PMP for over 10 years until 2014Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEi) Goal: Provide thought-leadership on ensuring probity of programmes/projects through the application of proven commercial management and corporate governance principles, improved and efficient use of productivity tools; and, using trusted relationships to provide a consultative and customer-focused set of best practices.   Specialties: Complex project scheduling, project planning, project performance analysis, integration of project scheduling tools with organisational business systems, quantitative and semi-quantitative risk assessment, project financial analysis, contract management, mediation; and, facilitation.
