Ø  Updating the Master document register, Procurement Control Sheet, Manning Histogram and controlling the activities.

36’’ diameter gas pipeline of Qatar Petroleum. Having four different walls thickness in a stretch of 211km.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Monitoring and scheduling of project using Primavera software (P3 version)/MS Project.

Ø  Responsible for assessing and monitoring the project budgeting and costing.

Ø  Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation department for engineering planning.

Ø  Making the PO’s (Purchase Order) as required by the project specification using Oracle 11i version.

Ø  Client Billing, Sub Contractor’s / Vendor’s Billing

East West Gas Pipe Line Project, Valsad, Gujarat (India):  Aug 2007 to Dec 2008

48’’ diameter gas pipeline of Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd. having three different walls Thickness in a stretch of 185.4 km. Majority of the line will be done by automatic welding process of PWT, Italy and the remaining is of semi automatic welding process.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Monitoring and scheduling of project using Primavera software (P3 version)/MS Project.

Ø  Responsible for assessing and monitoring the project budgeting and costing.

Ø  Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation department for engineering planning.

Ø  Making the PO’s (Purchase Order) as required by the project specification using Oracle 11i version.

30” diameter gas pipe line of GAIL INDIA Ltd. Contains three different wall thicknesses in a stretch of 142 km.Majority of the line will be done by automatic welding process of PWT, Italy and the remaining is of semi automatic welding process.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Monitoring and scheduling of project using Primavera software (P3 version)/MS Project.

Ø  Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation department for engineering planning.

Ø  Making the PO’s (Purchase Order) as required by the project specification using Oracle 11i version.

Mumbai Manmad Mangalya Pipe Line Project, (India): 13th Aug 2006 to 13th Jan 2007 

332 km 16’’ Oil pipe line for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. was carried out by manual welding process. The line includes 7 SV stations and 2 IP stations the line was   completed in all respects.

Responsibilities:

Ø  Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation department.

Ø  Making and Verification of PO’s (Purchase Order) as required by the project specification using Oracle 11i version.

Ø  Client & Sub Contractor’s billing.
