With 7½ years experience in the construction industry, Matthew has gained a strong understanding of M&E planning across a variety of sectors. Starting with Bailey Rail in 2006, Matthew learnt to deal with the types of challenges synonymous with high security environments. Moving onto Bailey Building Services in 2007, he was able to broaden his scope whist working within the commercial and education sectors before utilising his experience on a high-profile Central London project combining both rail and commercial environments. Since January 2011, Matthew has been working as a senior member of the team after leading the planning in a successful bid for a Class One nuclear establishment.
