Establish project plan and estimate budget and time for project complition
Communicate project requirements with stakeholdres
Build resource and cost loaded schedule, remove Over Allocation, check critical path, milestones, constrains and project health and save baseline after approval
Measure progress and compile actual values and %complete into P6, evaluate performance and calculate KPIs (CV, SV, CPI, SPI), Foscast EAT, ETC
Prepare Scurve ( planned vs actual /PC), resource histogram, productivity histogram
Develop project control reports e.g. productivity report, VOWD, look ahead schedule, milestones, change log, growth log, detailed and summery progress reports
Prepare cost control reports (original budget, current, pending, actual and PC) comparing cumulative vs period
calculate reserve and contingency (engineering allowance and management allowance)
Develop risk register, qualitative and quatitative risk analysis through Pertmaster
Change management and do rebaseline for approved changes
Analysis client delays (hypotetical schedule) and issue EOT based on contract terms and calculate prolongation and accelaration costs
Prepare invoices as per contractual milestones and review vendors and subcontractors invoices for payment
