Project Controls Manager with 13 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry, working onshore and offshore, in North Sea, West Africa, Caspian and Mediterranean Seas.

Responsible for supervision of Project Controls activities from tendering stage through project life-cycle phases, for FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation contracts up to several hundred million USD value.

This including the full spectrum of subsea works, spanning from umbilicals, risers, flowlines, SSIVs, PLEMs/PLETs to FSOs, FPSOs, STL systems, Survey and ROVs services to platforms fabrication, transportation, installation and hook-up/commissioning.

Methodical, precise, accurate and attentive to detail. Continuously promoting cost consciousness and Project Controls culture.

Specialized on planning, measurement and control aspects of Project Management, my main focus is the set-up and development of the Project Controls function and relevant processes and procedures (including tools selection and relevant integration with the ERP), the evaluation and implementation of cost saving measures, the coordination and control of third parties/subcontractors and the maximisation of revenues, identifying and pursuing opportunities arising during project execution.
