· Development of schedules for the overall program and on project basis
· Preparation of detailed critical path schedules
· Interface management between the design teams, the construction teams, the supply contractors for both projects and Operations Stakeholders
· Monitor and control the progress of the engineering, procurement and construction activities and optimise these activities
· Provide the resource and accommodation forecasts and coordinate these with the accommodation and travel planning group
· Coordinate the project resources during the shutdown works and align the site works with the operational activities
· Manage the project risks and the issues
· Manage the project delays due to scope changes and disputes with Contractors
· Development of Planning and Project Controls Procedures
· Hold project progress meeting with Stakeholders and Contractors
· Progress Reporting.
