Responsibilities:
- Attending the meeting with Subcontractors and Engineering department; Supervising subcontractors activities in respect of costs and physical progress of works.
- Develop and maintain WBS,
- Monitor construction manhours spent and compares to earned values and productivity
- Organize, coordinate and direct the field erection activities following construction schedule.
- Supervise safety and environmental control during erection.
- Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied.
- Subcontracts coordination.
- Ensure close contact with other field departments to ensure proper flow of engineering documentation, materials and equipment to support operations effort.
- Co-ordination of overhauling of process units and related facilities.
