  1. Works in Head Office with Project Management Team.
  2.  Preparation of  schedule in Primavera to execute the work.
  3.  Monthly schedule will prepare depend upon the delivery schedule of customer supplied product and work fronts.
  4. Preparation of 3 Months Look ahead schedule with the details of Engineering, Materials and construction.
  5. Follow up the work progress by coordinating with Execution team.
  6.  Schedule and conduct the review meetings with in the project team and contractor.
  7.  Arrange the necessary tools and tackles for smooth execution of job.
  8.  Preparation of Manpower schedule and equipment schedule to execute the work
  9.  Keep close monitoring on the critical path and ensure timely mobilization of all the resources required to complete the critical activities on time
  10.  Prepare the organization chart for the site management.
  11.  Prepare the daily progress report and communicate with all respective persons. 
  12.  Preparation of Monthly Progress Report & S-Curve.
