Roles & Responsibilities |
· Identifying the Project work scope and Finalizing the Integrated project Schedule Structure
· Development & Finalization of Project Schedule using Primavera (P3eV6)
· Identifying Contract Milestone and Establishing level3 of Early Production & Construction Schedule
· Estimating Project Budget quantities, Cost, Duration, Resources in line with Company HSE standards and implement / update the S-curve monitoring system
· Identifying, Streamlining Critical Path activities and analyzing the Risk factors regularly
· Establishing Project Progress Monitoring System (PPMS)
· Progress monitoring, Generate Monthly Progress Claim and Contractor performance review
· Catch up / Recover plans to suit current site status and Co-ordinate/align the Execution team, analyze its impacts
· Schedule Performance reports including Forecast and detailed Performance analysis
· Generate Site Establishment Schedule (includes Site office construction, Archives, Initial Power & Water network, Construction facilities) inline with the approved schedule
