- Prepares construction Build strategy, schedule, man power load and project reports using earned value analysis.

- Schedule analysis, Utilize work breakdown structure (WBS), project breakdown structure (PBS) and evaluation of schedule float and utilization of critical path method (CPM).

- Provide analysis of contractor schedules to client, and make recommendations to the client base on contractor schedule progress.

- Provide analysis of construction strategy, hull breakdown, erection sequence and geographical zoning, Block handling, surface mangement, equipment installation strategy, multi-trade coordination file, complex installation process.
