· Excellent knowledge in establishing WBS & Weightages of EPC Projects.
· Excellent knowledge in establishing Progress Measurement Methodology for EPC Projects.
· Excellent knowledge in calculating Actual Progress, SPI, CPI etc. using EVM method.
· Making of Schedule Delay Analysis and Catch-up Plans.
· Making of Risk Analysis, Risk Resister and Mitigate Plans and Action follow ups.
· Preparation of Cost Baseline, Cost Forecast, Cash in-flow /out-flow Status Curves.
· Preparation of Progress Claim on defined payment terms.
· Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Status Reports, Management Reports & Meeting Presentations, Project Cost Control Reports.
· Coordinating with each discipline and effective follow-ups for expediting the progress.
· Coordinating with other Planners in order to make the effective interface management.
