Directs and coordinates activities of the organization in accordance with identified company goals to obtain

optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.  Directs finance planning.  Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposal, such as Objective or purpose of project, application that can be utilized from findings, costs of Project, and equipment and manpower requirements.
