Senior level construction professional with around 39 years of overall experience in construction industry in India and Middle East, out of which more than 25 years in the Middle East with wide ranging proven experience in Project execution, Project controls, and Project planning and monitoring.

Major exposure includes Multi storey towers, Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Palaces, Housing complexes, Industrial and Marine Structures.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

• Experience in establishing Corporate / Project Control systems and processes for maximising profit using cost management, earned value analysis, risk management, change control management, document management and contracts management.
• Ability to prepare strategic delivery plans, logistic plans aligned with company objectives and oversee implementation of the plans.
• Establish Companywide Planning and cost management procedure’s and oversee implementation.
• Ability to carry out Forensic planning such as EOT analysis and delay claims.
• Recruitment and training of planning personnel.
• Capability of working to tight deadlines and motivate the team with good interpersonal partnering skills.
• Ability to liaise with all Project stakeholders like execution team, development team, consultants etc. to work out best possible integrated working plan with emphasis on cost and time.
• Ability to manage and direct the execution team of complex mega structures and able to achieve a balance of cost, quality and time in order to maximize profitability.
