I have worked in the field for the first ten years of my career as a boilermaker, welder, scaffold builder, concrete laborer & as a rigger/operator. I worked at the BP Refinery in Texas City. I started as a TAR Scheduler in 2007. After a year, I was promoted to a scheduling supervisor. In November of 2009, I was promoted to Estimating Lead in the TAR Division. I am responsible for producing cost estimates (site-wide) ranging from $100M - $300M a year for the BP TAR group. I served as the site rep on the BP US Maintenance Planning Process Committee.
