-Set-up type/levels of schedules and progress measurement system

-Interface with other functions/disciplines leaders to built up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing CPM/Pert time-scaled logic network using Company standards and client requirements-Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves logs as reference baseline for the control during the various project execution phases-Ensure that project’s planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to functions/disciplines responsible for execution of work-Issue Planning & Scheduling procedure and Progress Measurement Procedure-Monitor progress measurement is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete-Revise promptly the Control Baseline with all agreed changes-Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays-Maintain records of all significant events-Review monthly the forecast trend and warm PM on time to take corrective actions-Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (internal and Client)-Assist Project Control Manager in the Project Status Report (PSR) preparation-Support Project Control Manager for the preparation of the Project Close-out Report
