  • Master Implementation Program (MIP) and Project Execution Plan (PEP), Formulation of logic link to Program in PRIMAVERA-P6 VERSION-7.  
  • Look ahead / Recovery Program with Resource loading. Familiar in Design & Tender stage planning, involved in logistic and methodology planning, also planning for Cost control and Budget to build.

These reports include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis and earned value curves reports on either direct or indirect engineering/construction activities that are a part of the work. 
  • Maintaining as-built Program Actual records at site including its database to ensure timely and efficient decision mechanism to the project's variables. 
  • Initiate what-if analysis on Program to identify areas of uncertainty, potential problems and report generation. Initiate / Respond to all Planning related correspondences. 
  • Submission of monthly progress claim and finalization of progress figures and variation of works with Consultant. Preparation of Time Cycle for Major Activities.
  • Preparation of 3 Weeks Rolling Program
  • Preparation of Monthly Program Update
  • Monitoring of Activities Time Cycle
  • Preparation of Projected TO and WIP
  • Calculation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Material Requirements
