•Different Shutdown & Wellhead Development Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring on daily & weekly basis.
•Client Correspondence.

Scheduling

Develop & update detailed daily, weekly and monthly schedules for construction & maintenance works of following disciplines using PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER for windows using CPM (Critical Path Method).
•Civil Construction (Foundation, Structure, Masonry & Finishing Works)
•Mechanical Fabrication, Erection & Maintenance (Steel structure, Piping, Equipment, Tank, HVAC, Sand blasting & Painting Works etc.)
•Electrical Installation (Electrical & instrumentation works)

Resource Planning
•Manpower, Tool, Plant, Equipment and consumable plan for execution stall using Primavera.


Organize Project

Organizing project using Primavera Coding Structure and WBS (work breakdown structure). By using these options, project can be organized by:
•Zone wise
•Area wise
•Discipline wise
•Activity wise
•Responsibility wise, etc.

CONTROL PROJECT

Coordination with Execution Team
•Discuss overall plans with discipline In-charge to get it execute.

Targets
•Develop daily, weekly and monthly target plans from Primavera for all activities, keeping in view the materials, drawings and work fronts, for execution team.

Progress monitoring & Control
•Monitor and develop progress reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Compare actual progress with planned progress (targets) for variance analysis and take decisions/actions as per situation to control the project within time and cost limits.

Coordination with Project Management
•Review planned and actual figures with project management and develop Project Review Report for observation, comments and immediate action from management.
