I am writing to explore the possibility of a placement as a Project Engineer. To date I have been working on some of the world’s largest projects like Shell GTL-Qatar and Ethylene Cracker-Qatar as a Project/Program Analyst for five years with Descon Engineering Qatar.

At the moment, I am enhancing my skills in Business Policy Making & Analysis, Strategic Management, Scenario Planning, Political Influences and Innovations through the MPhil in Technology Policy from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK. Here I am studying the synthesis of Business Management and technology management to augment the analysis of a project, portfolio or strategy to make it profitable. So I am confident that my profile, a conglomeration of business studies, project management and engineering background, would reinforce my career as a Project Engineer.

In my view, MPhil in Technology Policy would enable me to understand and strengthen the leadership role, business strategies, scenario planning, foresight, portfolio thinking, political influences and innovation in providing business strategies; my engineering degree will help me to analyze the technical aspects in technological strategies, development and effectiveness; PMP (Project Management Professional–USA) certification and middle east Project management experience would step up my understandings about largest projects. Ultimately this experience would be a platform for me towards practical utilization of these aspects to strengthen your strategy and projects.
