Mr. Suryanarayana works with and co-owns the Brahmi Wright Technologies Pvt Ltd. In this capacity, he directs and leads the activities of the technical managers, operational leads, teams involved in projects execution. He also coordinates the deployment of resources as he deems necessary and appropriate and ensures both solution development and service delivery simultaneously responsible for overseeing aspects relating to project quality, budgetary concerns, team issues, resource allocations and mentoring.

As a Solution Development and Delivery In-Charge in the organization he serves as a technical expert representative across teams, clients, and the information technology industry, Offers technical support across practices in offering definition and positioning, suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life and manages aspects of Technical Effort Management

The specific functions that he oversees includes the execution of application re-organization, establishing of teams who shall be involved in preparation of functional and technical specifications and test scripts in accordance to business requirements, corporate policies and procedures and industry standards, reviews status reports of Technical Managers and Senior Technical Managers and addresses issues as appropriate. 

He interacts with client managers and senior staff regularly, providing them with managerial advice and direction with regard to best solutions, optimization models with regards to their key processes. He participates in all technical programs, defining the tranches of the program and undertaking benefit realization study along with client steering committee. He promotes the organization and solutions through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations and has couple of publications in international forums.
