Jisar Castillo is an experienced Civil Engineer who had work as a planner (scheduler) for the contractor, the consultant and as an expert.  Managing coordination of activities in engineering, procurement and construction.  Involved in various sector of construction such as high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, underground power cables, substations, infrastructures, power plants and airport.

Working with the contractor.  Reviewed contracts, drawings and specification to prepare level 2 EPC schedule for tender documents and expand to Level 4 for construction baseline including look ahead schedules.  Prepared resource schedules and cashflows then monitor for actual progress.  Documented issues that have caused disruption as an attachment in preparation of Extension of Time Request.

Working with the consultant.  Reviewed contracts, drawings and specification of the project.  Reviewed and approved schedules including progress reports submitted by the contractors.  Advised the owner for possible issues that will affect approved EPC schedule completion date and recommend solution that will avoid or lessen any claims.  Reviewed and give recommendation to clients for any claims submitted by the contractor.

Working as an expert.  Reviewed contracts, drawings, specifications and construction documents as basis for detailed analysis of submitted project schedule to confirm its reliability as reference against submitted claims.  Forensic planning or analysis to be able to prepare an As-Built Schedule which are based on and back-up with project documents.
